How can I place an order?
Once approved, check out through your Trade Account or email info@dreamforge3d.com for personalized service.
What are the payment options and terms?
We accept multiple payment methods including Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, Discover, Apple Pay, PayPal and ACH. All transactions are secured and encrypted. Payment in full is required to begin production.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Quick-Ship items ship within 3-5 business days. Made-to-order items are produced at our Toronto facility in Canada, with lead times varying based on order quantity. For specific inquiries or expedited production, please email info@dreamforge3d.com.
What shipping options are available for my orders?
We only offer 1 shipping option at this time. 3-5 business days. Contact us for shipping details if you are ordering more than one item. Shipping times are established after production is complete and vary by delivery location. All lights ship from Toronto, Canada.
What is your return policy?
We accept free 30-day returns for all orders under 10 items. Orders with more than 20 items do not qualify for returns. With the return, products, including accessories and light bulbs, must be in their original undamaged packaging. Installed products cannot be returned. What warranty do you offer for your products?
